Cancellation Policy

We request that you inform us by email (reception@changepain.ca) before your appointment to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

We have automatically switched all consults and follow-ups to a video appointment at the same time and date as your existing appointment

Phone calls and Voicemails

We do our best to answer the phones.

If you have to leave a message, please choose from the options that fits your inquiry.

For problems with your individual InputHealth Video appointments, know that your appointment will be rescheduled or you can dial 604-566-9101, press #4

For changes to your procedures, you can reschedule by dialing 604-566-9101, press #4.

Our phone system translates your voicemail into an email and this is redirected to the proper category. Rest assured that these will be addressed within 7 business days. Please do not leave multiple voicemails on the same topic as this delays our ability to respond.

How to prepare for my appointment

Procedures are done on an urgent basis and if you meet our wellness criteria.

Daily, the procedures are focused to 1 to 2 doctors on the onsite procedure team.

Hand sanitizer will be provided.

Do wear comfortable, easy to remove dark or coloured clothing that you may not mind getting stains on after an assessment or procedure.

Do bring your medical file for scanning or email us files of consults and investigations.

Do come 5 minutes early and if no complications, we limit your time in clinic.

Do read your Inputhealth messages and notifications as they contain information about your appointment or procedure.

Do fill out any attached questionnaires as these help your clinicians guide your care and help update your information to be used during your appointment.

Do arrange for alternate transportation if this is your first time experiencing a procedure or if your mobility is limited.
