Veterans Centered Care

How does veteran-centered care work at CHANGEpain?

Here at CPC, we believe in protecting the most sacred asset of our beautiful nation: Our people.

That’s why we’ve partnered with key stakeholders in making health services work for your needs as a veteran.

We have MSP covered medical services available and this means to get access, please have your GP send a referral so we can make the assessment happen.

In the meantime, you can connect with Painbc.ca They have many resources and there is a helpline 1-844-880-0818 that are services by social workers who can help you as well.

If you need additional mental health support, Dr. Tony Le Page often works with Veterans: https://www.lepagepsych.com/tony

Important:

  • At this time we only accept Veterans with a valid BC healthcare card to use MSP medical services at CHANGEpain Clinic.

  • Ask your GP to make a referral. Obtain a referral from your GP: click here

  • Our staff is not able to determine your eligibility for pension conditions or approved treatment, therefore if you are unsure of your approved pension conditions or coverage for medical treatment please contact Veterans Affairs at 1-866-522-2122 or your case manager.
