The following recommendations of general advice helpful and safe for many people.

  2. Take high-dose vitamin C 2000mg to 4000mg in a day (500 to 1000mg 4x/day) 

  3. Optimize the use of Magnesium malate or Bisglycinate or Threonate between 250 mg to 1500 mg a day for treating pain. If there is significant diarrhea or loose stool, the dose needs to be reduced.

  4. Tylenol 500 mg to 975 mg 3 times a day for treating pain unless on other Tylenol medications. Maximum Tylenol in a total daily dose is 4000 mg.
