How do the one-on-one video appointments work?

  1. Our Electronic medical record InputHealth runs best on Google Chrome.

  2. If you use your smartphone to open the video appointment, you will need IOS 11 or higher on iPhones or latest OS on any other phone. Otherwise, please use your computer.

  3. Appointment Notification: When the video appointment is booked, you receive a notification from our Inputhealth electronic medical record.

  4. Appointment Password: When your doctor activates the video portal, you will get a notice to enter the unique password. If you don’t get the email with the video appointment, check your SPAM box before calling us.

  5. Phone vs Video appointment: The doctor will call you on the phone if there are problems with the video connection.

  6. Follow-up appointments: Any follow-up appointments discussed with your doctor will be scheduled by our team. If you need to change your time/date, your email allows you to reschedule this yourself.

Making the most of your individual video appointment
